Two of Enza Biotech’s co-founders, Prof. Stefan Ulvenlund and Prof. Patrick Adlercreutz have together with Prof. Tommy Nylander at Physical chemistry and Marie Wahlgren at Food Technology, Lund University, been granted 3 M SEK from The Swedish Research Council Formas for a project much related to Enza Biotech’s core business: Oligomeric alkylglucosides – the sustainable production of a new class of biodegradable surfactants with increased and controllable function, produced in a sustainable way from renewable raw materials.
